I need help finding a stable career! any advice?
-
Ok, so I am 20 yrs old and I am completely clueless on what I would like to do. I've tried school but what good is school if you havnt the faintest idea of what you are there for. I was considering a career college but I'm not sure what to try. I like to think that I am open minded enough to try anything. Personality-wise, I'm pretty outgoing, love to work with and help people (i love being a cashier), love building things, I work great under pressure and love to be kept busy. I really want a job that at least has most of those things but I want a stable career where if when I have children I want to not only make enough money to care for their needs but I also don;t want to be working so much I never see my children. If anyone has suggestions on what to try please help me out. I would like to think that I am open minded enough to try anything. (please only serious answers)

why you don't try business in internet like this one http://bux.to/?r=Cartass maybe this will be helped you
You're young and you have all the opportunities, whether pursue a career or start earning, it is a matter of choice. I've been working before but i stopped because i also want to care for my children. Our culture allows us to be at home to take care of the kids while our husbands work to provide for us. Anyway, you may try to work online and start earning now, so that you can have all the time for your family especially your kids by working at home. Try this and click on the link. Gurl you have got to calm down.. I understand ur situation... I'm a 21 year old guy (older!) and we are on the same boat... I understand your situation wherein you feel very much confused of what u should do with your life. We are young, we have the energy, and we are just frustrated because we know we can do things, so many things, but just don't know freaking what.. What I advise you is to go to a community college. It sounds really "Urgh! Omg!" but seriously, a community college can help you start. REMEMBER THIS: That's what community colleges are for - to make you realize what you really want to do with your life. When I entered one about 4 semesters ago, i had no freaking idea what the heck I am going to do with my freaking life. I tried Accounting at first coz the money is there... NOw I have a much more understanding of myself and switched to Graphic Design. I'm transferring to California Polytechic as soon as I finish my classes.... You might not be familiar with this, but community colleges actually offer classes to help you explore and ready yourself for a career. The one I am into right now (Allan Hancock College) actually offers PD 100 (Personal Development) and Career Exploration classes. We also have College Success Classes.. These are not seminars. They are real, full semester classes with credits and everything.. And they freaking work to help out students just like you and me... Community Colleges like mine have Career Centers to help students out. They provide counseling to students who doesn't know what major to choose. They have licensed counselors you can be able to talk to to know more aobut yourself and what you want to do with your life... Some community colleges offer great internships and job opportunities also to help you choose your career... From the Career Center at my community college, I was able to get a job as a student worker at the counseling office which opened me to lots of career options. I had a friend who was a nursing studetn and through the university career program she was able to try out internships and really discover what she wsnts with her life... Remember that community colleges are really cheap compared to four-year universities...at least here in California... ANd so you have the liberty to kinda experiment and take on many classes to see what you like... I recommend you sign up at a community college and take a Personal Development or a Career Exploration class.... And then the path will light up one at a time for you... P.S. Check this out.. It's our Community College website... www. hancockcollege.edu ... If you want more info you can call us at 805 922-6966 ext 3293 for the Counseling Department... We offer online classes and traditional classes.. You can check the programs we offer on our website as well under the college catalog... If you call us around afternoon time Pacific, maybe I'll be lucky enough to talk to you.. I work there in the afternoons M-F... =D.... Good luck !
