Do you need any experience to apply for a civil service job?

Please help me I need a job!!!!?

• Okay I really need a job. I am bilingual, I have experience with customer service and working with kids. I took an entrepreneurship class in high school where I learned how to use the ten key by touch. I am 17 years old with good grades. I am involved in school clubs and church groups. I was currently tutoring but my hrs erre cut and i Will only be working 4 hrs a week. So idk where to apply and i would not want to tutor again. I also took a cake decorating course

  Craigslist would be your best bet and then your local newspaper. If that doesn't work, then you need to get that old dusty phone book and just start calling from A to Z. Oh, I forgot you're still young. Retail is what young people usually do: working in the mall, fastfood, pizza delivery, etc.
