What is a good resume objective statement?

Does this sound like a good objective statement for a resume? Any advice is appreciated too!?

• Okay, so I'm trying to write an objective for my resume for an secretarial position and need some advice. How does it sound, should I take some things out, any advice is welcome! Is it too long? I am a competent, well organized individual seeking an entry level secretarial position to assist in an efficient, well- functioning office that will utilize my practiced, but capable computer skills to procure a job in a company that has high need of me. I strive to become part of the team to help assist in the learning of others and to help bring about the success in the company, but also oneself. I hope to become a valuable, but useful addition to a highly efficient corporation to help strengthen and aid their company in growth and success, in hopes of becoming one of the top most valuable organizations of the future. or change some things in there and replace it with one of these perhaps. I hope to help strengthen the company to grow and in return to also help aid their employees in recognizing their full potential to help them perform at their highest level possible to help the company to expand and to grow, but also themselves. Maybe put something I expect- like but in return for the company to help aid and support their employees and help them achieve more than they thought was possible. – (but take out some of the previous stuff. ) Thanks for all the help and advice it is greatly and desperately needed and most definitely appreciated. :)

  im in a career exploration class and just created resumes. i would say break it up into little sections, like, work skills, education, references, goals, and any other information into catagories.
