What is the best website to use when searching for a job?

Is there any website or organization that can help me find a job?

  • I have been searching for a job for the past couple of weeks and really haven't gotten any replies back. I mostly use craigslist which is suppose to be good but now I'm realizing that everyone or should I say a majority of ppl don't like. My question is is there any website or organization in my area that I can send my resume to and they can ship it out to companies that are hiring ppl? I am located in brooklyn, ny. Any type of help you can provide would be very beneficial

You're talking about companies that blast resumes. Don't bother, because most companies don't read resumes that aren't in answer to a specific job. Use websites like Monster, HotJobs, CareerBuilder and so on to search for jobs in your area. Look at your Yellow Pages for local employment agencies. I'm sure there must be a job website for NYC.
