I have assult & distrubing public peace (shown as DISMISSED) when I look up my record. This was from highschool. I am now 22. Is this going to cause a problem for me finding a job in the Pharmacy field? I want to go to Pharmacy school. Is it going to cause a problem to apply for Pharmacy schools?

Answer:
One thing you can do is consult with a lawyer about your charge. They should be able to provide you with information about how to respond to charge/conviction questions on an application and/or recommend that you have the charge expunged.

If they were dismissed, then you are not a convicted felon. Plus you were a minor. Nothing to worry about. On the application say no to being a convicted felon.
