• I have an interview as a companion for an elderly at an agency. I get very nervous around men and I know the boss is a male that will interview me, he's the owner of the agency. I don't have experience and they are aware of that but I am so nervous. also, do jobs usually call references up BEFORE the interview? because i know they already called my references to ask about me and I have my interview tomorrow. what is your weakness? I- find that I don't take criticism well at all, however, I've learned over the years that criticism helps you grow and constructive criticism will help you learn, do a better job and I've learned to ACCEPT criticism in a positive manner. What is your strength? - When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule.
