Fake information on resume?

I put one fake volunteer experience on my online application for mcdonalds and tim hortons with a fake contact, everything else on the application is good and true and my attached resume and cover letter is phenominal. I have also put real references on the resume as well. will that one fake volunteer experience with a fake contact i put down jeprodize my whole application for both stores? will both stores call my employers (of volunteering)? or will they just look at my other real volunteer experiences with real contacts if they cant get a hold of the fake contact i put down?

If they do end up calling, then yes, it could. And I have to assume that this fake volunteer experience looked impressive enough that they'd want to follow up on it, because otherwise, why on earth wouldn't you let your actual accomplishments speak for themselves?
