Applying for a job at EB Games Australia?? need help?

• i'm 18 yrs old with experience at one job, and i am hoping to get a job at EB games - australia. Im looking to apply on monday, at around like 9.30am. But my main concern is that they will not be hiring at this time of the year. Ultimately i am very keen on working there casually and have all the job requirements and will be putting in a massive effort to receive a job, but given the fact that we are now in the post christmas season period; what are my chances of actually being hired? Also, does anyone have any tips for the interview? p.s. i was lazy here, given it's late, hence my grammar would be better on my resume and my cover letter. Thanks in advance

  Unlikely but possible. The main problem is that each store only hires for that store. There are usually on 4-5 people on staff (including the manager) so only if someone has left will there be a vacancy and then you are only eligible if you are available for the shifts that are available AFTER the left over people take the extra ones they want. It is all about right time and right place. As a guide, for every store you wish to apply for , apply for every store within a 30 minute drive from home.
