Need help with my nephews job application?

That's tough for someone else to answer, since we don't know what types of things he has accomplished. Try to get him to think of something that a) had a deadline, and b) required "teamwork" to get done (they usually like that). Describe how you decided what needed to be done: you want to show them motivation and organization here. How he mapped it out on paper, and sought the advice of others who had achieved similar tasks. Improvements? That's tough. Perhaps he would have delegated more rather than trying to do too much himself.

why are you filling out his job application? how old is he? if he is just fresh out of high school put that as his goal that was complicated to achieve. if he is young he doesn't have much that he has achieved yet. if he is old.....wow.
