This is a good day for me to answer questions like this because just this afternoon, I finished researching the best 100 job boards for job seekers. The top ten are overflowing--all the typically monstrous job boards, and are getting harder to use to get your resume into the right hands. But if you go beyond top ten but no further than 20, you'll find things like Career-network, which is still user friendly, big enough to get the good job listings, yet small enough to get your resume seen. Also, search out specialized job boards. For example, if you're wanting work in retail, there are boards specifically for retail, like retailcrossing.com, which means you won't have to weed through all the telemarketing and secretarial jobs to find what you're truly looking for. Same goes for every other type of employment you're looking for. There are even specific job boards for your region or city. Google them to get very specialized. Good luck with your search!
