How to be an international bank manager?

Hello i recently got assigned a project in economics about what job youll get after college(bachelors degree) and how tolive off of the salary and recently i saw International bank manager.Now obviously I wont get that after college but the idea of managing foreign bank accounts interested me.I was just wondering if anyone knows how I could become that?What degree would I need?Finance,international business,or neither?And what jobs would I have to do in order to climb up the ladder and become that?I need to find an entry level job after college hopefully related to that if any of you guys know one(hopefully making around the 40 k a year salary area to get me started).If any of you know what its like performing in either the international bank manager job or the entry level job please inform me thank you very much!
