What is The First Job Above Manager At A Restaurant?

I finished my job application/resume, now to hand it to the manager?

• This will be my first job ever, and i'm applying at Medieval Times. (A restaurant where you can watch "medieval" perfomances for entertainment). I finished filling out the application and my resume is on top. So now, do I just go to the place, ask for the manager, shake his hand and then say that I have a resume, and hand it to him/her? I'm just new to all this and I don't want to mess it up. So should I just hand it to him and be polite/enthusiastic and all? Thanks so much!

  yeah that would be alright. I mean its your first job so you are probably a teenager. when i got my first job i just asked for an application and filled it out, got the interview and gave my resume during the interview. it was for a day camp at a park district. unless youve done tons of volunteer work, if its your first job your resume probably wont be that impressive, and the employer will realize that you are young and just starting out. the biggest thing you can impress them on is the interview, make sure they can tell that you will be able to do your job well.
