Felons who need jobs, where do they find them?

I am doing a research paper on felons who need to find work. I need to find as much information as I can about achieving this task locally, national, and globally. Also I need info for felons with and without withhold of adjudication. Finding a job in this economy is difficult as it is I can only imaging if someone had a felony record tacked on to that as well. This paper is due in a week so I need to get moving on it. After I am finished with it I am going to print it up as a PDF for anyone to find online, who knows it may help some people out. What resources can you recommend I look into for this project? (this is my main question) What advice would you have for a felon who is looking for work? What jobs do you know of that a felon can and can not get? I really have no idea where to start for this research paper, thanks for any advice you are able to give
