Can you help me out on a resume?

Can you please critique my resume and help me make it much better?

• I'm a 19 year old college student who desperately needs to find work soon. The problem I have is that my resume is not quite up to scratch. I've never had any help at all in writing a resume, so I already know that it needs work. If you can, would you mind providing some feedback in order for me to make it better? I'm editing out my personal information so random people don't find out my name and where I live. Some of the jobs I would be applying for would be at department stores and some will be online, so I need to know how to customize my resume effectively for whatever type of job I apply for. If it helps, I am double majoring in drama and psychology.
