What are some good questions to ask a company when they ask, "Do you have any questions for us"?

  • I don't want to look like an idiot and go "No..uve answered all my questions". But i wanted to come up with a list ahead of time of questions (even if they're generic) to ask the company that's interviewing me. I've come up a few: If there's one thing u could change about working here, what would it be? What are the strengths of ur facility? What about turnover rate here? What are some long term goals of ur facility? I can't think of any others :-( Can u please give me other specific questions to ask ( i don't care if they're too played out or trite.i just want to come up with at least 7-8 questions to be able to ask the person interviewing at end of my interview). Thanks in advance :-)

    You could ask who founded the company, when it started, how many people are employed there, and so on. It will give them the impression that you're interested in their company, which is always good.
