Is it good to fill out job applications online?

How can i help my husband fill out job applications?

• I know this question may sound a little silly, but my husbands job is coming to a possible end, due to the company selling to another company and down sizing. My husband has worked delivering papers on and off for most of his adult career life. He has had a few other jobs that others have helped him get, but most was temporary work and didn't last that long. I sell merchandise and antiques off the internet and have for the last ten years, so my filling out applications is kind of outdated. My husband isn't into selling things off the internet and doesn't have any clue on how to. I try to tell and show him, but his learning disability affects on how much he can and can't do on the internet. My husband has aspires or a form of autism that makes it difficult for him to do a lot of task and filling out applications. I offered to help him, but he wants to fill out applications and be able to answer employers questions when it comes to the application. I was wondering if anyone may know of a few websites that offer online application filling out, employment resumes, and other tips on how someone with learning disabilities can use? He has used the local employment state agency, other employment places that help people with disabilities, and he has done some classes to seek employment skills and professional skills, but i thought i would ask here in case others out there may know of any types of websites that may offer more information for my husband and i to use to seek employment skills for him. thanks
