What are some great ways to improve my resume?

Help with resume please?

  • I was wondering if you could help me catch the employers eyes. I don't have ay experience in this all my jobs before have been in sales and customer service but I would really like to work for this company and I'm having a hard time changing my resume for this job. thanks. Here's the job description Will pick up mail from the post office daily and sort to our specifications. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to self-manage. Must have the ability to remember details. Must be innovative and willing to find ways to improve our processes. Must be okay with repetitive work. I fit the qualifications just don't know how to add it to my resume to catch their eye
