• I'm going to interview for an industrial electrician job as a trainee, i have no prior training or experience in this field. the company will pay for my training. here are a couple questions that they might ask during the interview, i need good answers to them. 1) why do you want to enter the electrical trade? 2) why are you interested in industrial as opposed to residential? 3) where do you see yourself in 5 years? 4) why should we hire you?

  1. I am interested in how things work. I enjoy working with my hands and being involved in what I do. I prefer jobs that allow me to move around and do something versus sitting in an office. 2. Just tell them why industrial is more appealing than residential. 3. I see myself working with this company. I will be an electrician and I will dedicate myself to constantly learning new things. 4. I am a hard worker. I am goal orientated. I want to work as an electrician. I am reliable. I am committed and have really want this opportunity.
