They offered me a job as a Marketing Director, and even sent me a printed document with the folllowing text: 3D Grafisales Limitedis pleased to offer you the position of a Marketing Direcotor in our organization. We are exited about the potential that you will bring in our company. You will report directly to the vice-president of operation on 11 February 2011 and be a member of our executive management team. After finishing orientation for new executives, your initial task will be to help recruit and train a new staff focussed on developing our company's e-commerce division. You will be classified as an exempt executive-level employee. Your initial compensation package includes a weekly salary of GDP 1200 (payable weekly), full medical coverage through our company benefit plan. In accepting our offer of employment, you certify your understanding that your employment will be on an at-will basis, and that neither yourself nor company has entered into contracts regarding the terms of the duration of your employment. As an at-will employee, you will be free to terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. Likewise, the company will have the right to reassign you, to change your compensation, or to terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. Also be aware that the company will not be responsible for the processing fee for the work permit application, and the company disagree with the option of deducting fee from the 1st month salary, all new staffs must be able to pay for the Work Permit and other documents involved. Can anyone answer me if this company is leagal, because it seems strange to hire me for Marketing Director, just on the base of a written interview, containing 43 questions about me.
