Question about employment background checks?

My friend just got a job and she's waiting for her background check to go through. She is an immigrant and just got her working social security a few months ago, but she had been working previously before at 3 different jobs with a dummy social security number that I guess her other employers never did a background check on! Won't the background check show all employment history? So if they run the employment check and see no employment history will she not get the job?

Background checks don't check employment history. They check credit, misdemeanors, felonies, etc. Employment history is checked by employers through employment verifications.

she dosent deserve the job there are plenty of people with perfectly good social security numbers who surely care more then you friend who uses dummy numbers! whats wrong with people like her, no one is going to put up with her BS
Possibly since she was likely using a SSN that belonged to someone else.
