What is a working schedule like for Walmart?

I took a leave of absence from walmart, are they trying to get rid of me because of it?

• Ive been working for walmart since august of last year. I'm a deli associate my job is rather physical and fast pace. Anyway about 3 weeks ago I went to the doctor because of a pain in my breast. It turned out to be cyst that caused my breast to become inflamed and infected. So they decided to do surgery and admit me into the hospital. I stayed in the hospital for about 2 days. They released me with an open wound to pack everyday. So basically it would take my breast about 2 months to heal completely after 2 weeks past my breast has stop hurting and i am able to pick up over 10 lbs. My doctor has released me to go back to work may 3. In which walmart already knows and I have already given them my leave of absence papers. Since im also a college student i work part-time and im off every tues, weds, and thurs from walmart so i return back to work next week on friday. However when i went to look at my work schedule on mywalmart.com, nothing pulled up. The only thing it states is that my schedule is not avail. Nothing is wrong with the website. I don't really know what this means but i need you guys opinion on this. Are they trying to get rid of me because i was sick? I called Hr and they are out for today...maybe its time i look for something else anyway.

  does your store even know you have been released for work? they aren't mind readers. maybe the current schedule was already made before you came back - especially if it has to be posted on a website call HR TOMORROW
