Whats the best way to lie to hire manger to get a job fast?

• Im 20 years old never had a job my whole entire life. Ive been searchin for job since i was sixteen and its been 5 years still go around seachin for jobs without stopin, Now i feel like i had nothin and nobody dont want to hire me. I had plenty interview lately. I dont have no skills or experiences and maybe thats the reason why they might not want to hire me. Im livin with my mom she dont have a job and she cant afford to help me support me whatsoever; And i need a job to supprot me and my fiance we are lookin for cheap apartment together. My fiance had a disability he cant not work he had Fetal Alchocol Sydrome. I dont know how long does it takes for him to apply for disability while im still searchin for a job. my fiance stayin with his parents he's 21 years old. Me and fiance need help get a place together and idk if its okay to lie to hire manger and say " I need a job to support myself and i have a child to think of ( which i dont have a child). What should i tell the hire manger for me to get a job?
