If I quit a part-time job while on unemployment, can I go back to full unemployment?
-
I have been working 20 hours a week at a design firm and collecting partial unemployment. I would like to quit this job as they have screwed me out of several commission payments and the job has not turned into what I was told it would be. I have been looking for other work, but would quitting this job affect my ability to continue to collect unemployment, even though it was only part-time work? I am in PA.

Answer:
you can call but im not to sure about being eligable I suggest resolving any payments your company may owe you and even threaten to sue if you must if they actually screwed you over. (and do if your legally right)

Call the unemployment office in your state and find out. Of course, don't give them too much info.
