Would I be able to do the job of Secretary in my Student Council?

So, like two weeks ago, I won the spot of Secretary in my Student Council. At our first meeting, the head of the council told me I had so many jobs. I had to fix the marque every month, remember everything we have discussed in the meetings, and take attendance. Now that I have all these projects going on, I'm not sure if I can remember everything. Will I be able to do the job, or will I get kicked out?
