Will I get unemployment benefits?

I stopped collecting unemployment. Will I still get benefits?

• I got a temp job so I stopped claiming unemployment. Now that my assignment is over I called unemployment to see if I could still collect benefits. I told the person that I had a temp job. She asked if I made over $405. I said no because we only worked 2 days during the end of the assignment. She said since my claim is still open I can still collect for that week. So I go online and claim my weekly benefits and it says that I haven't collected since such and such date. So I filled out a brief questionnaire and now they are mailing me a "verification of employment" form. Will that effect my benefits?

  The amount you made on your temp job will be deducted from your unemployment check.......you will have to refile........call again and ask........
