What are some of the basic requirements to be a ballistics expert?

  • okay so i am doing a school project and i need some helping finding some answers to a few questions... like... to be a ballistics expert do u need a drivers license? what is the age requirement? and are there any medical tests one must take before one can become a ballistics expert? and what is the average pay and what benefits are there? any specific equipment needed? weapons? and what are some related fields? as you can probably see... i am totally lost on this Dx i appreciate all the help i can get

  • Answer:

If you just want to be paid to blow stuff up just join the military. Otherwise, a "ballistics expert" most likely will require a degree in ballistics so whoever hires you knows you aren't going to blow you or anyone else up on accident. I'd imagine the health benefits would be very good for such a job, especially in the dismemberment section!
