Help applying for a job, please?

So I'm applying for a job at Casey's gas station and I don't know what to put for the following question: List applicable professional or technical licenses or certifications relative to the position for which you are applying. I don't have any special licenses except that I'm 18 and have a driver's license. Um...I got awards in school, but I don't know if those will count. Lol. I've been fired before for missing a meeting. It was very unfair but no matter what I do, people won't give me a second chance. I'm a hard worker and a perfectionist. I feel horrible for just missing a meeting but I haven't been able to get a job for over a year now. So help would be amazing. Thank you.

lol, put your work experience where it says that, as well as any awards you got in school. They do count on some level.
Put all your information on the application and write clearly. Do not mention about you being "fired" from another position.
