What do i need to do first to become a Medical Examiner?

I agree with the other postee who mentioned that one first needs to obtain a bachelor's (four-year) degree and have taken the necessary pre-med (chemistry, biology, physics, organic chemistry and such) prerequisites while maintaining an excellent gpa (grade point average), take the MCAT (medical school admissions test) and get a competitive score, and get fantastic letters of recommendation in order to possibly get accepted into medical school.
