Career options in health care?

I'm actually interesed in film production and editing but I feel that a path in the health care department will have more guranteed success (and money) in the long run. But I have no idea what to be. My friend is wanting to be a military nurse and I found that really interesting. What are some career options in health care that is interesting?

Becoming an RN is a career that you can go into many different fields with. It also will pay the bills while you pursue your dream of being a film editor/producer.

For your friend, to become a military nurse, she has to get a BSN (see http://www.rn.ca.gov/careers/steps.shtml ) For yourself, if the passion is film / editing, but you realize that in the real world, the chance of success (with livable income) in that is slim, something in health care is logical, but so different from what you prefer. Do you see yourself being a nurse or doctor for the rest of your life?
