What states have the greatest nursing shortage?

In 2015 will there plenty of jobs for nursing?

• I am really worried about the economic right now. There is no nursing shortage at this moment. The hospital won't hire any new rn. Do you think there will be a demand of nursing in the future or around 2015 to 2020. Also do you know when united states economic recovery

  The economy is not something that you can control and attempting to either control it or base your life and financial future on the prediction of the economy will not result in any personal or career satisfaction. There is a distinct possibility that your local hospital does not need a skilled RN today but there is not a single hospital or regional medical complex in existence that does not require a staff of nurses. As the population in 2015 and through 2020 will not decrease substantially and baby boomers with health problems and GenX with health problems will only increase, the number of PA and RN positions will have to increase to support those complexes. I have no idea when a recovery per say will occur and also have no idea how to define a recovery. I do know that a great way to obtain rapid employment as a RN is to search indeed or other job boards and look for shift nursing jobs. Night shift and contract nursing is always in demand and excellent service and hard work always leads to better jobs and more opportunity. But, from a financial perspective, Do not borrow money for school and move forward carefully and with cash. Having a debt load through and after nursing school will make life very tough.
