Nursing is much more in demand. PT's and RN's scale of pay depends on level of care, location (home care verse major hospital). They are both very rewarding and demanding careers. If I were you and searching for a career path I would try to find some of these professionals and ask questions. I am a retired (RN). I took a career turn after 9 yrs practicing and have gone into administration and recruiting. I saw my field lacked most in those areas and like that my work (part time now home with a little one and another side business that fuels my creativity) really has an impact on patient care.
