If you have a degree - or any extra qualification - then you'll already be ahead of the bunch when it comes to searching for careers. My friend has a degree and he wasn't certain what direction to go with it, but he found some excellent tips on the website in the resource box below which guided him to settle that he wanted to be a lab assistant. Having a piece of paper won't magically get you a job. If you can prove you have the skills, whether through your MCSE certification or through a degree, then that's how you get a job. Unfortunately you may not get an interview unless you have the specifics he employer is looking for. If they want a degree, you won't get an interview and never get a chance to prove your skills. You're going to have to try and see how it goes. If they want a degree, then you'll know. Good luck!

If you have your MCSE then you are professionally certified, it is the equivalent of a degree. Different employers have different requirements for qualification, but an MCSE should be more than enough for an entry level job in IT.
