Someone please help me! nursing questions!?

  • I'm wanting to become a nurse, and I'm getting my G.E.D. in a couple weeks. I just dont know how to get started. Like which steps to take first! Money isn't really an issue, so you answers would help please!

    Finish your GED. Then, you can contact a college and talk to admissions. There will be a test you will have to pass for admittance.

The first thing you have to do is finish your G.E.D Once is done go see a College Consular and he will explain to you what you have to do.,Usually this is what you have to do, at least in Texas: 1- you have to take a test to get into college. 2- you have to take prerequisites to get in the program with usually are Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Microbiology, Compositon 1 and probably like 1 or 2 more. 3- Apply for the program and make sure you do not have any bad background history,specially with drugs or abuse. 4- once they review your paper work then u might or might not take a test and Boom!! you are in, and believe once you are in, it is a piece of cake. The hardest class for nursing is just the pre-requisites.

AFTER you get your GED in your hand you can go online and request information from the colleg you want to go to. The info will spell out what the rules are to submit an application.
