How old can you be to work at the nursing home?
-
i am 14 right now i was wondering if you could be 15 and work at a nursing home since the legal age to work is 14
-
Answer:
It depends on the nursing home you'd like to work at. I am 17 and volunteer at two nursing homes. The ones I know don't hire employees for pay unless the applicant has a good education and experience (usually a degree). Many nursing homes have youth volunteer programs that you could join, but it's not likely you will get paid to work there in the near future.
