What's a good job for a quiet person?

Whats a good Medical job for a person who is in college ?

  • My friend is going to school to become a registerd nurse. Nursing his her true passion in life but she keeps getting this stupid jobs as a waitress that lead to nothing but trouble. since im her best friend i decided to take the liberty and looking for a hospital job for her, im just not sure what a great entry position would be for a girl who is currently attending school and has not got her degree yet. Thanks a bunch !

    She's probably qualified to be a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). She would probably have to take a state test for certifiction. A CNA is basically a one-year nurse. Also, we work as non-medical homecare providers without certification. There are a lot of homecare agencies.

the most you can do is volunteer at a hospital or maybe work as cleaning the area. You should ask your local hospital.

Data entry clerk at a hospital is a good start actually. You don't have to work as a nurse or something related to that while still at school because they will be trained a lot as part of the program so thats not needed, but it would be good to work at a hospital, and get familiar with the environment.

I have a handfull of friends who want to go into the medical field. They went and got their CNA certification and now work as CNA's Now they have a good paying job and are going to school part time. Being a CNA on its own is a decent paying job most places. And they are able to go to school in order to go farther into the medical world. Good Luck!

Try lookin for a job as a porter....ie moving all the patients from surgery to recovery rooms etc.
