Should i go into medical billing and coding or dental assistant?

i want to be a dental hygentist eventually i think. but until i can got o school for it i would liek to get a certificate in one of the two. which would be better and why?? i know you cant have a good career as a dental assistant but what about a medical billing/coder?

Neither, it's all a hype to get people into school. In fact many hospitals are cutting back billers. Just because there isn't enough need for them anymore. Most of them are still in there middle ages. If you want a certificate in Medical Field, do the Pharmacy Tech Cause if all else fails you can be a technician and places like St.John pay minimum 17 an hour or go into CNA other than that, i would recommend working in a hospital or clinic as anything and focus on your dental. don't straw away from the main goal
