I am a USC if I go to school in Mexico for nursing will I be able to find a job in the US later?
-
I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and I meet all of the prerequisites but my husband is from Mexico and we would like to spend some time there with his family. I would also like to learn more about his culture and how he grew up. So it seems like a great idea to go to school in Mexico and live there for a few years. However, I am worried that if I do this that I will not be able to find a job in the US with my nursing degree because it's from Mexico.

Answer:
In many cases the degree will not transfer, even if it does yes you will have to take the US Nursing board tests.
