Software Testing Certifications?

Best IT Certifications based on my background and desires?

I have 4 years of testing experience on health insurance systems but my SQL is not very good at all. And it's been 2 years since I've used it. I also have experience in designing and managing an eCommerce website which I do enjoy and happen to own but it is just a small project of mine and doesn't make much money yet I wouldn't mind getting back into testing again, preferably software, web or phone apps or eCommerce sites (anything but health insurance systems, it's so boring) Most of the higher paying jobs require excellent SQL Can someone point me in the right direction so that I can advance my career and make better money. What certifications should I get and where do I go to get them and how long will they take to complete? Thanks you so much
