What jobs do marines have?

    No that is not true. For every branch of service you must take the ASVAB test. Your score will determine which jobs you are eligible for. Here is the list. http://usmilitary.about.com/od/enlistedjo2/a/marinejobs.htm . I am signed up for the Marines and i leave in April 2011. I chose security force/infantry as my MOS.

Nope, I picked my job when I joined. You'll take the ASVAB and that will determine what jobs you qualify for. Then your recruiter will figure out what jobs are available during the timeframe you want to leave for bootcamp. If you don't like the choices, you have two options: 1. go open contract (which is where the MC will choose your job for you) 2. wait to go to bootcamp a little longer and see what jobs open up
