In telemarketing, what does "Commission vs Hourly" mean? I live in CA.?
-
I'm thinking of taking a telemarketing job with a company called eGumball. They have a position open in phone sales that pays "Commission vs Hourly". I've looked all over the web and can't find any real breakdown or definition of what this means. Does it mean commission instead of hourly, or does it mean hourly + commission (i.e. minimum wage + commission)? Thanks in advance.

Answer:
It's a clunky way of saying this is a commission only job.
