I'm applying for a job in retail sales.... how can i improve my personal profile?

• I have mosty experience in retail/sales, when i apply for retail jobs this is my personal profile. Is it okay? it would be a sales assistant/sales advisor job i go for. I dont have any managment or supervisor experience etc. Personal Profile I am an experienced customer service/sales advisor who has a consistent track record in retail sales of products from Electrical goods and appliances to full bathroom suites and furniture. Having started on the shop floor being trained by Dunelm-Mill, I have since over the past 5 years experienced all aspects of retail sales, most recently working at Tyler’s Gas & Electrical and Summerhill Bathrooms, where at both I regularly achieved set sales targets and received commendation of my sales ability and customer service experience in regular appraisals. I now seek to continue in the customer services role and go further. what you think peeps?

  It's an ok biography, but I would recommend you sort it a bit. You have put everything in 3 sentences, it's a bit hard to follow. Employers want to see nicely written resumes that are easy to read, and they except to know all about you as quickly as possible. There are plenty of explanations how to do this on the internet. Also there are templates that make your CV look fancy. You can look through sales assistant jobs on http://www.salesassistantjobs.net/ . There must be something interesting. Oh, and don't send your resume just to one company. Send to several, you can always take the job you like better. Good luck.
