I need some career guidance.

Need some career advice/guidance.?

• This is basically me right now, I work at t-mobile I've been there for almost a year and will soon be full-time. But I can see in the long run this is not a very profitable career, also the way corporations run today thirty-two hours is the new full time. I do not like that, I need some advice, basically i'd like to be able to work five or six days a week and as many hours as I want, a career where I can make six figures in time, and at least fifty to sixty thousand in the first three years. My expertise right now is in sales. and i'd like to stay with that, but i'm also willing to change if need be. What would you do? Be an employee or straight commission or own your own business? This is very very perplexing to me... Thank you for all who respond. By the way I am 30. If that matters.

  I would strongly suggest you getting a bachelor's degree. With this economy, companies are being EXTREMELY picky about who they hire and the degree will give you the advantage. Pair that with your experience and I'd say you'll be golden. But, yes, a degree will help tremendously. I went from making 15/hr at my job (data entry before my degree) to making more than $40,000 salary with OT benefits the week after I graduated.
