Stay a Server or Become a Sales rep?

  • I currently work at applebees as a server where I make about 23k a year, Some one offered me a job as a Sales rep where they make35k-65k a year or more. The sales rep job does have benefits like 401k and medical etc. And Applebees doesnt offer jack squat. What should I do.
