I myself was given a couple of interviews over the phone for a couple of retail stores as a customer service rep at home, but I decided not to do it. I ended up getting a job in my line of work. You will need a desktop (no laptops allowed), a head piece, and you need to be in a room where there is no noise. You will be given a test online to see if you know how to handle basic computer operations, then will be given a phone interview. You will need a landline phone and it has to have call waiting turned off during your hours of work. And these jobs pay $8-10/hour. There is a drug test fee and a credit check fee, but it is perfectly legit. I believe everything comes up to no more than $100. And you won't pay for these things until after a job offer has been extended to you and you accept it.
