First of all you need to go to the Canadian Embassy where you are and apply for immigration, when you get this then you will be allowed to work and it will be much easier for you if you have a right qualifications. with the visa you have in hand now you're not allowed to work with pay or even without pay, I suggest you go to the Embassy and they will put you on the right track.
