What is your experience with sales people and what you think of selling as a career?

    Just depends on different people and their skills. I am absolutely awful at sales, I feel like I'm bugging people. But my brother is naturally very good at sales and he does it in a charming way so people don't feel like they are just a sale. So try it a little and see which kind of person you are. But remember you have to be really good at it to make good money, since it runs on commission, so if you dont have the skill then you will not have a stable income.

being in sale mgmt over 25 yrs. its been good. now the econmy is crunched.i am glad i changed careers. i cant imaginge the pressure of sales right now...high turnover. good luck. personally. go to school. get into healthcare or something the is recession proof.
