Where To Download Philippine Tv Shows?

Where can I download TV shows like Smallville and Supernatural from outside of the US?

I'm currently in Afghanistan, and it's really very boring. Anyway, the internet I have here doesn't support torrents, and I've been without all of my favorite tv shows for three months. I'd be happy to buy them, except I'm looking for the current season. Is there a website out there that will let me watch/download my shows without caring that my ip address isn't from the US? I would really appreciate any help you guys have to offer.
