What is going on with my Flickr/Yahoo?

What do you think is going to happen in the next episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager?

OMG OMG OMG... Have you even seen the preview for next weeks episode?!?! So basically Amy is wearing the same outfit throughout the entire preview and this is what I think is sort of what is going to happen... At school Ben is going to be a little girl (yet again) and isn't going to break up with Amy. Ben is going to be at work with Ricky, where he is going to tell him his "secret" which is probably that he did it with his girlfriend in Italy. Then, he is going to return home where his ditsy annoying Italian girlfriend is going to be waiting for him. Then, they are going to kiss and Amy will enter the scene. Amy is going to go home to Ricky and John where Ricky will tell Amy that everything is going to be alright. The only thing that I am mystified about is why Ricky smooths out Amy's hair. Okay that was just weirddd... I want to know what YOU think is going to happen. Thanks everyone!
