Question for the 90s kids?

Kids' 90s TV Show Question?

  • I wanted to know the name of an old tv show I watched as a kid. I vaguely remember it, though, and was hoping someone could help. All I remember was that there was a small group of kids who fought bad guys of some sort, I believe, and there was this weird guy they always went to talk to. I'm pretty sure the girl of the group had a strength ability or something because she for some reason liked to make that cracking noise with her knuckles. It sounds strange, but I cannot figure out what show it was. Help would be greatly appreciated! There were real people in it, as it wasn't a cartoon, but I know it definitely was not power rangers.
