How can I watch House Online?

Being that half the country got roped into this bull with Fox, is there some way for me to find tomorrow's House episode? I know they do put it online, but you have to wait like a week on some websites. The Fox website doesn't work because of this either, so that isn't an option. I need somewhere where the episode will be up within like a day because my birthday is on the 19th and this was supposed to be the birthday episode of House that is supposed to be really good and now I can't watch it because of this stupid BS. Cablevision has no idea how many customers it's going to lose by pulling this. I mean, what did we do? Why should we have to suffer for something we're not even involved with? They should be forced to put it back on, because this is just selfish and obnoxious.
